Championing Women as They Step Into New Beginnings and Purpose
A Mission Born from Experience & Resilience
I know what it feels like to lose yourself in transition—to leave behind everything familiar and step into a world that doesn’t quite feel like your own. After my military service, I struggled to redefine who I was beyond the uniform, carrying the weight of service-connected challenges, personal battles, and the uncertainty of what came next.
But I also found out what it felt like to rise.
Like the Phoenix, I had to rebuild from the ashes—not just once, but many times. And through my own transformation, I saw other women walking similar paths: young women with no guidance, veterans searching for purpose, women in recovery reclaiming their lives, women who had major life transitions, and those leaving incarceration trying to find their place in a world that too often shuts its doors on them. I saw myself in all of them.
I created And Then She Arrived (...She Arrived) because no woman should have to rise alone. Transformation is possible! Not just through sheer willpower, but through community, mentorship, and access to real opportunities. …She Arrived exists to provide transformative wellness, community support, career development, coaching, and resources that help women rebuild with confidence, knowing they have a foundation strong enough to carry them forward.
